Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day window.
Order Processing & Cancellations
- Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement.
- Cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they have already been processed for shipment.
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@synevahealth.com with your order number.
Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in the same condition as when shipped to you.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from eligible refunds.
- Zerean does not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@synevahealth.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- Email address
- Full name
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
