Cancellation policy
We want you to have flexibility with your purchases. This policy explains how to cancel one-time orders and manage your subscription.
One-Time Purchase Cancellations
- Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement.
- Cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they have already been processed for shipment.
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@synevahealth.com with your order number.
Note: If you miss the 2-hour cancellation window, you may still be eligible for a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your customer portal
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Alternatively, you can email us at info@synevahealth.com for assistance with cancellation.
What Happens When You Cancel
- If cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- If an order has already been processed for the current billing cycle, that order will still be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
- You will continue to have access to any shipments that have already been processed.
- No future charges will occur after your cancellation is confirmed.
